Changing Lives? A case study in measuring the impact of Scouting
In 2017 the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM) facilitated a pilot to measure the impact of Scouting. The United Kingdom, Singapore and South Africa participated. This workshop will look at the experience of http://scouts.org.uk/media/901638/Final-impact-report-web-.pdf, and their subsequent work to develop a Theory of Change for Scouting and a robust way to measure impact.
